    Recebi ontem o vosso produto double side magnetic window clinking, e testei. O do lado exterior desliga e cai para o exterior. Não se segura e eu tenho a versão para vidros duplos 18-30 mm. Já se quebrou um dos botões pretos que seguram as esponjas. O que devo fazer. Também preciso que me indique um limpa vidros adequados.

      Olá, por favor, meça primeiro a espessura do seu vidro, você pode acompanhar a medição em vídeo no link abaixo. O vídeo está na sétima foto no link a seguir. Em seguida, forneça-nos seus dados medidos para recomendar um limpador de vidro adequado para você. Em relação a esse botão quebrado, também o reemitiremos para você gratuitamente.
